One hour of yoga in the morning and evening. Surfing for two hours with your dedicated, local teacher. Optional half day cooking course.
Wednesday Day 3
One hour of yoga in the morning and evening. Surfing for two hours with your dedicated, local teacher. Beach clean up for an hour. Optional ayuvedic massage and steam treatment.
Thursday Day 4
One hour of yoga in the morning and evening. Surfing for two hours with your dedicated, local teacher. Visit a local Buddhist temple.
Friday Day 5
One hour of yoga in the morning and evening. Surfing for two hours with your dedicated, local teacher. Beach clean up for an hour. Optional ayuvedic massage and steam treatment.
Saturday Day 6
One hour of yoga in the morning and evening. Surfing for two hours with your dedicated, local teacher. A day of relaxation on the beach.
Sunday Day 7
One hour of yoga in the morning and evening. Fresh fish beach BBQ.
