We had such a great time at the retreat and would highly recommend it! The location was brilliant - right on the beach with easy access to walks, surfing, pubs and restaurants. Perfect for parents of little babies as you never have to go in the car.

Accommodation Details

The house is rustic and homely with a spacious design for large groups. The kitchen is open-plan with a huge range, table and all the facilities for a feast! It has a variety of room sizes for each individual need and budget.

A dedicated Coach House space for our meditation and yoga sessions make it a very special location.

Arrival – 

Arrive at 5pm meet at the house to go on a refreshing walk to accustom yourself with the area.

5pm settle in your room

5.30pm welcome ceremony and slow, yin yoga

7.30pm Dinner

9pm Meditation

 

Day 1 –

8am – Yoga in the Coach House

❤️ Come to gather with us to heal, rest and refresh yourself this spring. The fresh breeze, newly sprouting buds, nutritious meals, open-hearted mothers and multi-talented hosts will greet you with open arms. This is a special and rare chance to emerge and reconnect with your values after the first year (or two) of the birth of your baby. I know how beautiful and hard that journey! It’s a house in which you can be yourself and flower. You’re worth every moment. We will help each other look after our bubbas and spend their snooze time doing restorative yoga and meditation. Don’t worry there is plenty of space and the activities are drop-in so you are free to do what you want when you want to. Big mumma hug.
